Susan was one of the Series Developers for All Saints. During years working on All Saints Susan was a writer, story editor and script producer.
During this time All Saints were nominated for a range of awards including the Logie for Most Popular Program and Most Outstanding Drama Series and the AFI for a Best episode in a Television Drama Series.

2000 – 2004
McLeod’s Daughters was a hugely successful drama series shot on 16mm film and all on location.
Susan worked as a script producer, supervising producer and executive producer in her time at McLeod’s Daughters.
McLeod’s Daughters was sold and broadcast in over 42 countries.
It was nominated for numerous awards including AFI best drama series, screen Music awards and SA and WA Cinematography award, and won the Logie for most popular program in 2002.
Telemovie | Christie Films
2004 – 2005
Staring Sigrid Thornton and Tasma Walton Susan produced the successful Telemovie Little Oberon, which aired on the Nine Network. Young star Brittany Byrnes was nominated for an AFI award.

Canal Road was a drama series aired on the Nine Network (Series/HD).
Susan was the creator, script producer and producer of the Nine Network, drama series Canal Road shot in studio and location in HD.
Fremantle Media | Network Ten
2008 – 2011
Susan was executive producer for the iconic Australian series Neighbours for over three years. During her time at Neighbours Susan was responsible for an overhaul of production from both behind and in front of the camera. Susan also helped launch the careers of Margot Robbie and Dean Geyer.

2014-2015 Susan Bower ran the writers’ room for Series three of A Place To Call Home. Series three was the first series to be screened on Foxtel. It rated second only to Game Of Thrones.
